Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We also accept orders by telephone or by email as stated in the contact section.

We accept credit or debit card payment by Paypal however at present we have do not have facilities to take credit or debit card payments over the telephone, If placing an order by these methods a Paypal invoice will be forwarded by email and goods will be despatched on receipt of payment..

UK customers can also pay by sending a cheque drawn on a UK bank account or a UK postal order by post with your order. Please email before sending payment and address details will be forwarded with your invoice. US customers please note that we cannot accept US postal orders or checks. International Money Orders may be acceptable by prior agreement.

When you receive confirmation of your order, this shows that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or sales receipt. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. This also applies in the case of an error regarding shipping charges.

Postage charges

All retail orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery UK or International Airmail Signed Delivery. Unless stated postage and packing rate for UK orders is included within the price. Postage and packing on orders sent to addresses outside of the UK are charged according to the weight of your order.

International postage charges will be confirmed by email.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your order within 3 business days. International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Air Mail International Signed For service and generally arrive with you about 14 days after despatch.

Back Orders

Most items are in stock. and many are cast to order just for you.  In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 7 days we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

 We are not  registered for VAT. Therefore VAT will not be charged on any orders regardless of destination.

Credit Card Security

We use Paypal Website Payments Pro to process payments which means that your credit and debit card details are never sent to our computer or held without encryption.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange return. We like all our customers to be happy and in all circumstances a replacement will be offered if available. Please note that any items returned must be in the original packaging and condition. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the goods and your original postage.

No refunds can be provided on goods which have altered since receipt.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling legislation.

Reaching Us

We check our emails regularly at various times of the day (and night!) so you shouldn't have to wait too long for a reply.

Privacy Policy

CGS Military Figures does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
